It is known, that a surface of any mobile phone is a shelter for the whole colonies of microbes and bacteria, many of which can cause various skin diseases.
During experiment the scientist has borrowed phones from eleven casual passers-by and has subjected each of them to the special test. It appeared that cases of almost half of the checked devices were “houses� for several thousand varieties of microorganisms.
According to professor Gerber, “native” bacteria do not pose significant danger to the owner of a mobile phone. However an inadvertent exchange of microbes with other people is extremely undesirable, therefore professor strongly recommends to all owners of cellular telephones not to use another’s phones.
