It is known, that a surface of any mobile phone is a shelter for the whole colonies of microbes and bacteria, many of which can cause various skin diseases.
During experiment the scientist has borrowed phones from eleven casual passers-by and has subjected each of them to the special test. It appeared that cases of almost half of the checked devices were “houses” for several thousand varieties of microorganisms.
According to professor Gerber, “native” bacteria do not pose significant danger to the owner of a mobile phone. However an inadvertent exchange of microbes with other people is extremely undesirable, therefore professor strongly recommends to all owners of cellular telephones not to use another’s phones.
