Microsoft presented the new user interface made as a table, which allows to order dishes and pay at a restaurant, to buy tickets in cash departments, to edit images, to play and make a lot of other things by a simple touch of hands to the 30-inch multicontact screen.
Contact screens are now a novelty; however by its opportunities the new system many times surpasses its predecessors. The horizontal arrangement of the table - screen allows to interact with the virtual world not only by means of fingers touches, but also by moving of real subjects.
Developers of the company inform that novelty Microsoft Surface, first of all, is intended for restaurants, cafes, casinos, hotels, airports, but can be used also in houses and offices.
The novelty has many advantages. For example, having put on a surface of a new table the digital camera, it is possible to move automatically pictures from the camera. And the user can sort them by hands, move from one place to the other, to change scale of images and so on.
