In one of the Serbian mines researches revealed a mineral identical on its properties to the well-known kryptonit, appearing in comics and films about the Superman`s adventures.
Experts of the London Natural History Museum, who studied a mysterious find, describe it as the mineral of white color with extraordinary durability and getting an orange shade in ultra-violet light.
“At the end of the research when substance’s chemical compound has been determined, I have tried to find the similar formula in the Internet network. What was my surprise when I have found out, that precisely the same mineral has been stolen by Lecks Luther from a museum in film Returning of the Superman “, - commented the results of the analysis doctor Kris Stanly.
The only difference from kryptonit is absence of fluorine in its structure. The study of a find at an atomic level will be carried out in Canada.
Let’s remind, that in comics about the Superman kryptonit was the only material from his native planet, capable to deprive the hero of his phenomenal forces.
