On October, 23 in Tokyo has opened the Big exhibition of robots, where were presented more than 100 Japanese robots, including the moving dolls of 17 century and the newest modern developments.

The exhibition is being held in two halls of the State science museum.

The separate hall is given to a child of Honda - robot ASIMO. It is the small robot-humanoid in 130 centimeters. It can speak, dance, bring drinks, to fallow simple orders and also to run, play football and so on.

Also spectators have been shown more practical development - the robot which searches for people in blockages. It weighs about 20 kg and reminds the small tank. Only unlike a tank almost all its surface is a rubber caterpillar track. The device is equipped with a videocamera, thermal gauges and gauges of carbonic gas that allows to find people even under a dense layer of a dust.

Also among other exhibits there is also well-known dog-robot AIBO, robot - security guard, robot - cleaner, robot - guide, robot - pianist, micro-robots and many others.
